HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS

The Tru Fit Challenge starts on January 12th and runs for 30 days.

From Monday-Friday each week there will be 4 x pre-recorded workouts and one live workout on Wednesdays at 7am AEST with Michael. Even the live workouts are recorded and emailed to you to complete in your own time (if you can't do them live).

Every day you'll receive a no BS email to keep you motivated and accountable. You'll also be a part of the private Facebook group where you can chat to other members, get advice and learn.
