HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS

The Tru Fit Challenge starts on June 15th and runs for 30 days.

From Monday-Friday each week there will be live workouts at 7am AEST with Michael. The workouts are recorded and emailed to you to complete in your own time (if you can't do them live).

Every day you'll receive a no BS email to keep you motivated and accountable. You'll also be a part of the private Facebook group where you can chat to other members, get advice and learn.

When you sign up you'll receive access to your Tru Fit account and files with everything you need to know!

This isn't a quick fix challenge, it isn't about losing weight as fast as possible. It isn't about going to extremes, obsessing over the scale or starving yourself.
