HOW IT WORKS...
You'll receive four home workout videos to follow per week. These vary in difficulty, intensity and length (20-30 mins), with the one constant being that you'll always be working out WITH Michael. He sweats with you, struggles with you, celebrates with you and pushes you to never give up during thre workouts!
There are also two optional gym programs to choose from!
There's ZERO pressure on you to do everything. All you need to do is give it your best shot, whether that means slowing it down or doing less exercises, that's OK! All experience levels will be challenged, and minimal equipment is needed!
When it comes to health, fitness and fat loss what you eat is EVERYTHING! When you join you’ll receive healthy meal and recipe options to help you achieve your goals. Whether it’s calories, deficits, portions, or snacking tips, you’ll get all the information you need from one of Australia's best dieticians, Tess Keightley!
Say NO to yo-yo dieting and extreme restriction, you won’t need it at Tru Fit. We get results with sustainable and healthy eating habits!
