LIVE HOME WORKOUTS
The challenge workouts are broadcast LIVE on Facebook on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7am (Sydney time).
I'll be doing the workouts right there with you! Talking you through each exercise and encouraging you to push yourself!
If you can't make the live sessions the workouts will be recorded and emailed to you. You have 24/7 access so you can watch them in your own time!
You will also be able to access two pre-recorded workouts per week, to complete in your own time.
You will gain access to the private Facebook group and join a super supportive community!
There will be Q&A sessions, fat loss information and much more!
There is a $500 cash prize for the best transformation!
The winners will be selected based on their before/after photos, weight change, written submission and commitment.
Strava is an app we will be using to record your walks and runs during the challenge!
The challenge members who complete the most KM every week will receive a $50 cash prize!

Not that the scales matter all that much, but at the beginning of the challenge I weighed 61.8kg and by the end of the 30 days I was 59.4kg! A decent 2.4kg less than when I started which is pretty good given the time frame and the fact that I still indulged in naughty treats on the weekends (because let’s face it, you need to live a little). I am also stocked to have gained some of my strength back, as I started off doing push ups on my knees in the very first challenge but 3 challenges later I am able to do pushups unassisted!
Other than physical changes I’ve noticed a massive difference in my confidence and overall well-being. I felt super accomplished after the workouts that I would go out and get things done throughout the day, when I use to want to nap almost every afternoon. I’ve also noticed that having a structured routine has help me subconsciously workout even now that the challenge has ended. Believe it or not I am still working out 5 days a week, walks/runs included.
For anyone who is thinking to do a challenge , don’t even think about it , just do it ! It will change your life for the better. Whether it be because you are out of routine , lacking unmotivation or want to lose those iso kilos (like I did)...this is for you! Not to mention it is affordable and works out to be cheaper than any (monthly) gym membership. Plus what better than to have Michael as your coach who is there to guide you and keep you accountable. Workouts or not he is just a message away, super approachable and genuine ! Thank you for putting in the time and effort to push us Tru Fitters on the daily. Your smiley self, positive energy and celebratory *virtual high-fives* didn’t go unnoticed.
This is my second Tru Fit challenge...and again definitely won’t be my last! Michael is so genuine and clearly knows what he is talking about without the “BS” which I love! I have learnt so much and am finally seeing workouts becoming not only a habit but a new and improved lifestyle. I have never appreciated fitness as much as I do now! So grateful for yet another brilliant challenge. Roll on challenge 3 ;)
This is my first fitness challenge and as nervous as I was, I was excited to push myself to achieve my short-term fitness goals in lockdown 2.0.
Not only does Michael push you physically, he enforces the mental aspect of fitness with a ‘mind over matter’ approach. Having Michael struggle along side me in the workouts is refreshing and his repeated “we got this, don’t give up” stops me from doing just that.
I chose to do Tru Fit because Michael is an educator. He tells you the ins and outs of the exercises, why we’re doing them, what they do to your body and gradually builds your strength, giving variations for different fitness levels.
You have changed my way of living, my physical fitness, and my mental fitness in a time of real uncertainty and I couldn’t thank you enough.
Get some Tru Fit in you, it'll be the best thing you ever do! Michael is an amazing coach throughout the entire challenge and he will struggle along right beside you, it's just so raw and real and amazing to be a part of! Value for money is absolutely on point and Michael creates an awesome, positive and nurturing environment with all of the people following. His workouts are so good, flexible for any fitness level and bloody killer but in the best possible way. 100% recommend this challenge and any of his future challenges if they are anything like this!

This is my third challenge with Tru Fit, each one has been incredible, but this is the first that I have done whilst working full-time again, and it has kept me engaged and on track the whole time, thanks Michael you are a champion 🤘
I've been working out with Michael since April and I have really enjoyed it. Michael is a keen, motivational, honest "straight shooting" guy. He will tell you how it is with respect and diplomacy. He is a genuine and caring individual who cares about others, particularly those who are in his Tru-fit team. I have watched Michael flourish the past few months as he has successfully harnessed and transfered his training and skills as a teacher and a sportsman, into tailoring a vibrant and
achievable yet challenging daily workout program. I thoroughly enjoy getting up early each morning and working out with Michael. It's a little bit of time for "me". I may not be the Tru-fitter with the sexiest daily workout story, or the person who has lost heaps of weight but the personal benefits of regularly working out as part of Michael's Tru-fit program have been ongoing and endless! Michael has had nothing but a positive impact and holds a positive reputation in our household. Thank you Michael - for doing what you do and love, for giving me some self belief and confidence. You will never be able to fully appreciate the positive impact you've had on me this year!
I finally signed up to one of Michaels challenges after watching from the sidelines for far too long. We're 3 weeks deep and not once has regret or self doubt crossed my mind. I have seriously enjoyed pushing myself, building routines and learning about food and nutrition as I go. I cant wait to take all Ive learnt from this challenge and continue my progress, and you bet when the next challenge comes around I'll be joining up to that one too.
Thanks again for a great home workout challenge..... just before covid came into our lives and gyms were closed I was at my heaviest and tbh pretty down about it. I'm not all about the scales just yet but I am more focused on working out every day.... your workouts have helped me get into the swing of things and being part of this community helps too.... thanks again and I hope even after our lives should resemble some kind of normal, that you might still find a way to challenge us!!
This challenge has been incredible. Michael runs the best and hardest workouts that actually give you results! He’s so motivating during the workouts and really helps you push that extra bit. This challenge is so great! Keeps me motivated to get up everyday and be productive. This challenge does really test you both physically and mentally and love that someone is there to push you! Definitely recommend this to anyone and trust me you won’t regret it!!
I have tried starting so many different fitness challenges in the last 6 years and honestly I have never stuck to one past the 3 day mark. This challenge is different. Michael makes it his goal to ensure you are supported your questions are answered and motivates/ inspires you. I have one week left of this challenge and I can’t wait to start my next challenge after this with Michael. Highly recommend this to all my girlfriends!
Really loving this challenge so far! Going into second round of lockdown in Melbourne my motivation to workout had definitely depleted. I started this program to get me back into the swing of things and honestly I’m so glad I did it. Workouts can be done easily at home and are apartment friendly. Iv also really found Michal’s direction on form really helpful.
These challenges are exactly what I need. Not only do they push you physically, they also push you mentally. When you think you can’t do another rep, Michael encourages you to challenge your old thoughts of stopping, and do that little extra. When the workout is done, the feeling of achievement is so up lifting, it motivates you to show up the next day. Two weeks in and my routine has already changed, when 5pm hits and I’m done with work, grab my walking shoes on hour walk with the dog and then 30min with the Trufit crew.
I already have so much energy and literally can’t wait till 5 go for my walk and get that 30 min in.

The challenge is a one-time payment and there aren't any hidden fees and charges. So don't stress, I'm not here to steal your money, I'm here to help you change your lifestyle!
Are you really asking this again? I promise, with all my heart you will only be charged ONCE.
You can do the workouts anywhere you have wifi or 4G (or 5G... but I know some of you get weird about that when it's mentioned). Just give yourself enough space to move around and not smash anything!
You don't need equipment, but it can be used to make the workouts harder. I recommend the Tru Fit Super Band and Booty Band... because I made them, but also i'll be using them during some of the workouts. Otherwise you can use dumbbells or any household item.
A large portion of the workouts will be high intensity based. These will involve quick movements for short periods of time. You know the ones that make your heart feel like it's beating in your throat... we like those! The other workouts will be strength based and won't be as intense.
The workouts last for an average of 30 minutes... although it does sometimes depend on how long I talk for (sorry!).
All the workouts will be recorded and uploaded to YouTube after they are completed in the morning. They can be accessed anytime during the challenge so you can complete the workouts whenever it best suits you!
YES! Before each workout the exercises are explained and variations are given to make them possible everyone, regardless of their experience level. If you can't complete an exercise for the allocated time that's fine too! This is about building your foundation and not killing you on day 1!
You can definitely still join with a pre-existing injury. However, it is recommended that you get the all clear from a medical professional before engaging in the workouts.

Michael is a super positive, inspiring guy with what he does. He makes sure that it’s do able for all kinds of people, eases you into it, sends you positive inspiration everyday and replies to questions with his answers/opinions. I was deciding for a while if I wanted to purchase any of the workouts because I didn’t know what to expect or if I would commit to them. All I can say is I’m glad I went through a purchased the workouts they are amazing! I love how before every work out I get explanations on each exercise (Michael even gives you alternative ones which I love that too, since some can be hard for me 😊). I love how the Trufitters are so supportive of one another, it’s the best feeling.

Never in my life have I been so consistent with working out until now. Michaels work outs are fun and easy to follow. I noticed positive changes in my body, had more energy and grew a passion for exercise! Would 10/10 recommend.
