We're always looking for shortcuts and quick fixes, especially when it comes to changing our body. But despite what that influencer will have you believe, it's not possible to see major changes in a week or two.
For this program to work you'll need to fully commit to the process, follow the guidelines and be consistent with your training. The results will come, just be patient.
THREE WORKOUTS PER WEEK
There are three workouts included in the program. Each one is unique and has been designed specifically to build, shape and strengthen your entire booty.
You don't need a program with 50 workouts. Focus on improving your performance and challenging yourself within the three workouts each week.
There's no limit on how many weeks you can do these workouts for, after all you own them for life!
HOME OR GYM
The workouts can be done at home or at the gym.
You don't need equipment to complete the workouts, but if you want to make them harder you can use dumbbells, resistance bands or anything you can lift at home.
