First time I bought the meal plan and has been great to keep me on track!
I purchased this meal plan as I was struggling to think of healthy meal options for myself. There are so many delicious options in this plan, I don't think I've cooked the same meal twice yet! It's just me, so I have lots of leftovers which I freeze as meal prep for throughout the week. It helps with my busy lifestyle, being a full-time student, and working part-time. The meals are easy to cook as well and easy to understand recipes. I highly recommend it!
The meals are super yummy and easy to prepare. The recipes are very clear and instructive. Some meals did leave me a little hungry, but what weight loss meal doesn’t 😂. Some where also surprisingly filling. Would recommend
