The food is so easy to make and tasty I’m loving the desserts 😍 and they don’t use a lot of ingredients to which I love!!
I have been doing Keto for approximately 8 months and while I have lost weight, it made sense to me what Michael said about calorie deficit - I was getting tired of Keto food and being limited when eating out etc. So after hearing Michael speak on instagram I wanted to try this. I have to say I have had much more energy and also happiness - happy because I can eat but still manage to lose weight. My favourite recipe is the Chicken Thighs with Hoisin Rice - to die for!!!! I make it up as a meal prep and have it for lunch. Also the yogurt oats. He has made it simple too with the barcode to scan straight into My Fitness Pal. I am now motivated to do the next challenge he has and I hope more recipes come out - makes the week planning so much easier. An app would be great to drag the menu items into place to automatically add up the calories, but hey adding it into My Fitness Pal does that anyway so can't be too lazy ;-) - Thanks Michael!!!
