The 30 minute workouts are designed for all experience levels. Variations for most exercises are provided to make them easier or harder. Rest periods can be shortened or lengthened to change the difficulty of the workouts.

You don't need any gym equipment to complete the workouts. They are all bodyweight based exercises. However, if you do have equipment you can use it to increase the difficulty of the workouts!

I really love the good explanations. The workouts are challenging but manageable. My body progresses fast.
I absolutely hate working out and have always been super dedicated for the first two weeks and then give up because exercise is so repetitive.

I'm a 52 year old that's just started menopause and most days feel stiff like the tin man and I love doing these workouts. MichaeI is very thorough in talking you through everything. I thought I would struggle because the only exercise I do is the treadmill but I get through the majority of the workout. I feel it after but like they say no pain no gain. Oh and I love Martha walking in mid workout haha
