You will receive four meal options for breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and dessert to choose from throughout the challenge!
Tess will design your meal plan taking into consideration your medical conditions. Whether it is PCOS, Endometriosis, Diabetes, Menopause, Hormonal Imbalances or something else Tess will be able create your meal plan accordingly.

Along with your mean plan you'll get information about a range of nutrition topics:
Your relationship with food, a balanced approach to eating, the hunger scale and how to lose weight in a healthy way, information about consuming fibre and fat, and tips on how to eat when you're out.
