You will work closely with one of Australia's top dieticians, Tess Keightley, to design a meal plan based on your individual needs and goals.

Your plan is made for YOU, and only you!

As well as receiving the meal plan, Tess will also be your go-to throughout the challenge. She'll be able to answer your nutrition questions and most importantly she will keep you accountable!

This personal services normally costs $175. This discount is for Tru Fit Challenge members only!


This is no generic, standard, mass produced meal plan!
It is created solely for you based on your likes, dislikes, routines, habits, goals, conditions and everything in between.

You will receive four meal options for breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and dessert to choose from throughout the challenge!


Tess will design your meal plan taking into consideration your medical conditions. Whether it is PCOS, Endometriosis, Diabetes, Menopause, Hormonal Imbalances or something else Tess will be able create your meal plan accordingly. 


Along with your mean plan you'll get information about a range of nutrition topics:

Your relationship with food, a balanced approach to eating, the hunger scale and how to lose weight in a healthy way, information about consuming fibre and fat, and tips on how to eat when you're out.
