HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS
The Tru Fit Challenge starts on April 19th and runs for 30 days.
From Monday-Friday each week there will be live workouts at 7am AEDT with Michael. The workouts are recorded and emailed to you to complete in your own time (if you can't do them live).
Every day you'll receive a no BS email to keep you motivated and accountable. You'll also be a part of the private Facebook group where you can chat to other members, get advice and learn.
When you sign up you'll receive access to your Tru Fit account and files with everything you need to know!

Wow! Where to begin, this 30 day challenge was a great kickstart to me getting back into a fitness regime. After harsh lockdown living for close to 4 months in Melbourne, this challange came at the right time for me to snap back into being healthier and making better food choices. Michael is so relatable that he makes the workouts fun, so many times I wanted to give up but just his encouragement and support through the live workouts (and even the recorded ones) give you the extra push you need. Dont get me wrong, there were many times I would curse him but the overall results speak for themselves. I feel healthier, stronger and have already committed to January's challenge. He makes it easy to commit, to stay on course and not feel bad if you have an off day. Michael - thank you so much for being a great bloody trainer these last 30 days. I actually look forward to you kicking my ass in January.
I was deciding for a while if I wanted to purchase any of the workouts because I didn’t know what to expect or if I would commit to them. All I can say is I’m glad I went through a purchased the workouts they are amazing! I love how before every work out I get explanations on each exercise (Michael even gives you alternative ones which I love that too, since some can be hard for me 😊). I love how the Trufitters are so supportive of one another, it’s the best feeling.

One of the best decisions I have ever made was purchasing this! The amount of effort that Michael puts into, not only his videos but the words of inspiration to keep us all on track. The fact that we can ask him questions and he actually suggests that we do, just helps to show his passion for fitness. He is 100% the nicest most caring guy, and his down to earth nature shines through this program, you are never left to feel bad about yourself at all. If you are sitting on the fence of whether you should give it a go or not, we’ll sit on the fence no more... I can guarantee you will not be disappointed! I thought I’d just do this for the 30 days, but I can happily say that I will continue purchasing until there is no more. Absolute bargain and the Trufit community are super supportive 🥰
I have always found it super hard to commit to doing workouts on YouTube, however the fact that a lot of the workouts are live makes it super easy to be motivated. Michael puts so much effort into what he’s doing and the community is so lovely to be a part of.
I am a Tru Fit convert! I have tried many different online training programs, including Les Mills On Demand here in NZ but Michael is honestly what makes the difference. I think due to his background as a teacher he really knows how to motivate and be real. No fluffy B.S, fake inspiration or cliché encouragement, it is all just real. He hurts too while we are working out and so he always seems to know the right thing to say and at the right time. The workouts are constructed in a great format so it feels, and is, achievable. I have noticed a huge improvement, in just a week, with my strength and positivity. If you need help with getting fit, I can not recommend Michael and Tru Fit highly enough. I also have the meal pack, and have had it for some time now, and I recommend this also as it makes the food side of things so easy. Michael doesn't just give workouts either, he sends emails everyday and they always have more motivation and encouragement in them. As well as a VERY supportive Facebook group. More than I have ever got from any other fitness program I have ever done - even with a one on one PT at the gym. I am 53 and if I can do it, anybody can do it! Thank you Michael.
Michaels workouts are so fun & motivating to keep you going the whole way through, I have never stuck to a challenge before but 9 days in and I’m loving it, already feeling a lot better in my own skin!! It is very raw and real which is what I like to see! I will be signing up to all the challenges in the future if there is more & can’t wait to see where I am at after 30 days 🙌🏼
