The bands are all the same size (100cm), but they come in three strength levels. The 'light' band adds up to 11kg of resistance and is perfect for beginners. The 'medium' band adds up to 13.5kgs of resistance and is perfect for intermediate exercisers. The 'heavy' band adds up to 22kg of resistance and is perfect for advanced gym goers.
You can make the resistance a lot harder by looping the band or gripping it in different positions, so don't get stuck on the numbers above!
